While every effort is made to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction, no guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied beyond those specifically stated in writing. All work is performed based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of service.

Customer understands and agrees that

Bite Free Lawns shall not be held liable for

Hidden defects, pre-existing damage, code violations, structural issues, or unforeseen conditions are not contractor's responsibilities.
Electrical, pest control, construction, and related services may involve inherent risks beyond the contractor’s control.
Customers are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and providing safe access to the work area.
Delays caused by weather, suppliers, utilities, or third parties. Existing infestations or recurring pest activity outside the treatment scope.

Customer acknowledges that no verbal statements shall modify this agreement unless confirmed in writing. By accepting service, estimate, invoice, or proposal, the customer agrees to these terms and releases Bite Free Lawns from liability. Customer acknowledges that all work is performed to industry standards. Contractor is not responsible for hidden defects, pre-existing conditions, unforeseen issues, or damages beyond the scope of work. Additional repairs or charges may apply if unexpected conditions are discovered. Acceptance of service constitutes agreement to these terms.
